GENERAL FUND STATUS AND PROJECTIONS
The Director of Finance made a presentation on the general
fund status and projections for FY 195-96 and introduced options
for consideration during deliberation on the tax levy rate.
MCI METRO -- INTERIM AGREEMENT
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the draft
agreement prepared by the Village Attorney. This item is to be
addressed under New Business at the September 26, 1995 Village
Board meeting.
MODEL TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE (MTO)
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss the MTO at the
October 10, 1995 Committee of the Whole Meeting. The meeting
will be scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m.

HOLIDAY BANNERS
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the holiday
banners as recommended by the Banner Selection Committee.
MAKE-A-DIFFERENCE DAY PROJECT
Trustee Czarnik informed the Committee that the
Make-A-Difference Day project selected by Community Service was
the painting of two rooms at the Township Day Care Center,
scheduled for October 28.
SOLO PAK CONNECTION FEE
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the payment
schedule for water connection as proposed by the Village Manager
in his report dated September 14, 1995 .
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BROCHURE
The Economic Development officer gave a progress report on
the status of the new Economic Development brochure.
VILLAGE BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
The consensus of the Committee was to cancel the regular
Village Board meetings scheduled for November 28 and December 26,
1995 .
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
