Peterson, Elk Grove Journal SUPER KMART - SNOW REMOVAL The consensus of the Committee was to exempt sound emitted from snow removal equipment during nighttime hours (7 p.m. to 7 a.m. ) provided the snow accumulation meets or exceeds two (2) inches. Staff will prepare the necessary ordinance for the sound exemption. I-NET B LINE CABLE - GREENLEAF FIRE STATION The consensus of the Committee was to install A and B line cable to the Greenleaf Fire Station at a total cost of $11 ,400 to the Village and at no cost to Village cable customers. Continental Cablevision is splitting the total cost 50150 for cable installation. L 'ELEGANTE CUISINE - CLASS E LIQUOR LICENSE The consensus of the Committee was to grant the request of L 'Elegante Cuisine for a Class E liquor license. DRIVEWAY VARIATION - 1111 MAPLE LANE The consensus of the Committee was to allow driveway access from Tonne Road for a car garage in the rear yard at 1111 Maple Lane and allow access from Tonne Road for other developments. ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET The consensus of the Committee was to have the Annual Awards Banquet at the Sheraton Suites on May 6, 1994 . HANDICAP SIGNAGE - FOOD & BEVERAGE TAX COLLECTION The consensus of the Committee was to defer this item for discussion at a later date. FIREARMS RESOLUTION The consensus of the Committee was to defer discussion on this item until a later date. BICYCLE COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION The consensus of the Committee was as follows: -- Tentatively proceed with the recommendation as outlined in the February 15 memorandum from the Administrative Assistant with the exception of providing the Bicycle Route crossing at Shelley Road from Brantwood instead of Brantwood at Arlington Heights Road. -- Investigate the feasibility of the recommendation to provide an 8 foot sidewalk on the east side of Plum Grove Road from Weathersfield Way to University Lane. -- Install a bicycle route along the Natural Gas Pipeline from Plum Grove Road west to an overpass over Martingale Road and 1-290 into the Busse Woods Forest Preserve. Staff will be applying for federal grants for the bikeway improvements. The recommendation will be discussed again at a future Committee of the Whole Meeting. CABLE TELEVISION - COMPLAINT FORM The consensus of the Committee was to file a complaint form with the FCC regarding Continental Cable Television rates for non-basic service. NELSON MARINE REQUEST The consensus of the Committee was to discuss Nelson Marine 's variation request to parking boats on gravel at a later date. EXECUTIVE SESSION Trustee Johnson moved and Trustee Rettberg seconded the motion to enter Executive Session to discuss a personnel issue.
