VILLAGE HEALTH PLAN AUDIT CASH AWARD
The consensus of the Committee was to establish a 25% award
for the Hospital Bill Audit Program and allow for a maximum cash
award equal to the employee 's co-payment expense.
JFK BOULEVARD/ELK GROVE BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The consensus of the Committee was to provide for a contract
that would require full crews to work continuously on the
project, weather permitting, until the project is complete.
AMOCO OIL REQUEST TO USE FIRE HYDRANT
The consensus of the Committee was to grant the request of
Amoco Oil to temporarily use a Village fire hydrant conditional
upon the following:
-- The Village control the amount of water usage by Amoco
dependent upon the Village 's need for water; and
-- Have Amoco pay double the rate other contractors are
charged for water.
LIONS ' CLUB DONATION REQUEST
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the request of
the Lions ' Club for a $5,000 donation.
NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES
The consensus of the Committee was to participate in the
League on a non-member basis.
MOBILE FIRE SAFETY HOUSE
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at
the April 19 Committee of the Whole Meeting.
VILLAGE NEWSLETTER
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at
the April 19 Committee of the Whole Meeting.
SYNCHRONIZATION OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at
the April 19 Committee of the Whole meeting.
