SUMMER FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULES
The consensus of the Committee was to implement the flexible
work schedule during the summer months as recommended in the
Village Manager's April 22 report .
COMMUNITY EVENTS SIGN REQUEST
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the request
from Conant High School to advertise their annual plant sale on
the Community Events sign.
SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING SURVEY
The consensus of the Committee was to defer discussion on
this item until a later date.
TEMPORARY GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS LICENSE
The consensus of the Committee was to establish a temporary
general retail business license at a license fee of $35. This
item will be placed on the May 24, 1994 Village Board Agenda.

SALT CREEK BICYCLE PATH
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- Commit to funding 50% of the local share costs for an
engineering grant of the Salt Creek bike path; and
-- Include in the engineering grant application an
overpass for a crossing at Devon Avenue.
SUPER KMART FLAG
The consensus of the Committee was to approach Super Kmart to
have flag light wattage lowered.
PLOTE RESOLUTIONS
The consensus of the Committee was to adopt two resolutions
directed to the City of Chicago opposing the request from Plote
for a special use permit to operate a reprocessable
construction/demolition material facility at 2940 Old Higgins
Road. This item will be placed on the May 10, 1994 Village Board
Agenda .
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH ELK GROVE TOWNSHIP
The consensus of the Committee was to have staff prepare an
intergovernmental agreement with Elk Grove Township that would
allow storage of Village salt at the Township storage facility
and the Township purchase of fuel from the Village.
