MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- To approve the funds for "Make A Difference Day"
program as outlined in the May 19 report from the
Community Service Board; and
-- To advertise the program in the next edition of
the Village newsletter.
Village Board authorization of these funds will take place at
the May 24, 1994 Village Board meeting.

H.E.L.P. BOND REFUNDING
The consensus of the Committee was to use John Peterson as
Investment Banker to pursue the refunding of H.E.L.P. issued
bonds.
SIDEWALK WIDENING -- BIESTERFIELD ROAD
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- Widen the sidewalk on the south side of
Biesterfield up to 8 feet where possible; and
-- Move the parkway trees located on the south side
of Biesterfield Road to allow for an additional 3
feet of sidewalk.
The meeting adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
