JULY 18, 1989
A Special meeting of the Firemen's Pension Fund was held on Tuesday, July 18,
1989 in the Headquarters Fire Station, 101 Biesterfield Road. The meeting was
called to order by .President Harvey R. Speiden at 7:20 P.M. The President stated
the purpose of the meeting was to:
Certify the May 29, 1989 Special Election
Approve the medicals of 2 new men
Approve the Withdrawl of Fund member Richard A. Piccolo
Approve the Pension Application of James E. Sunagel
ROLL CALL
On Roll Call the following members were present: Harvey R. Speiden, George C.
Coney, Patricia S. Smith, Jerry L: Norris, and Joseph Gardner III. Absent was:
Charles J. Zettek, George Knickerbocker, and James D. MacArthur. In attendance
was fund member Patrick L. Beck.

NEW BUSINESS
Motion by G. Coney, seconded by J. Norris to approve the medical reports on the
2 new members and accept them into the Pension Fund subject to the `receipt of a
proper. Application to the Fund -and all necessary documentation. Motion passed
unanimously.
GREGORY P. KEENAN effective August 7, 1989
KEITH R. YATSKO effective August 7, 1989
Secretary reported to the Board a proper Withdrawal Form from the Fund had been
signed by Richard A. Piccolo. Motion by J. Norris, seconded by P. Smith to
certify the withdrawal from the Fund of Richard A. Piccolo. Motion passed
unanimously. Treasurer G. Coney reported the amount withdrawn was $32,949.31.
Secretary informed the Board the Pension Fund had received from fund member
James E. Sunagel an APPLICATION FOR PENSION under Section 4-109, Chapter 108 1/2
Pensions, revised July 1, 1988. The Secretary reported the application was in
order, and all required documents and approved APPLICATION TO THE FUND was on
