FIRE ADMINISTRATION OFFICES
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- Defer discussion on the remodeling/construction of Fire
Administration Offices to a later date;
-- Approve the construction of a new fire station;
-- Contact surrounding municipalities to gain
sponsorship for a regional training facility; and
-- Have staff reaffirm the future costs for the remaining
remodeling work on the Fire Administration Building.
SIDEWALK ON DEVON
The consensus of the Committee was to have staff provide a
report on the cost of installing a 4 ft. , 6 ft. , and 8 ft.
sidewalk on the north side of Devon Avenue from Arlington Heights
Road to Berkenshire.
SALT STORAGE FACILITY
The consensus of the Committee was to have staff determine
the necessity of a new Salt Storage Facility and its possible
location.

PARKWAY TREES
The consensus of the Committee was to pursue with Cook County
the planting of parkway trees along Meacham Road from
Biesterfield to Nerge.
The meeting entered into Executive Session at 9:15 p.m.
