OSCO & SEARS DRAINAGE STUDY
The consensus of the Committee was to take this item and
related construction items off of the Capital Projects List.
SURPLUS DESK DONATION - UNITED WAY
The consensus of the Committee was to donate the surplus
office equipment to the United Way.
DAVID LANE
The consensus of the Committee was to have David Lane
completely reconstructed in conjunction with the Village drainage
improvements.
ANIMAL RELOCATION SERVICES
The consensus of the Committee was to refer residents to
those animal control companies listed in a July 20, 1994 report
from the Health Coordinator when borrowing a trap from the
Village.

SOLID WASTE CONTRACT
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- Place the contract on the August 9, 1994 Village Board
agenda; and
-- Have Staff and Waste Management work on providing
methods to educate school children on the benefits of
recycling.
DONATION OF FUNDS - AAR CORPORATION
The consensus of the Committee was to place the donation from
AAR Corporation towards the purchase of the fire safety house.
ELK GROVE CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS REQUEST
The consensus of the Committee was to grant a conditional
license for the performances in the Super Kmart parking lot
subject to getting more information on the specific operations of
the performances.
SUPER KMART LITTER
The Village Manager noted that more aggressive litter
enforcement will take place, especially on weekends, and, that
the problem will be mentioned to the Kmart corporate office.
