97 KESWICK - FENCE VARIATION
The Village Manager reported that 3 similar variations to the
97 Keswick request have been granted by the Village Board.
The consensus of the Committee was to place this item in the
JPZ Committee.
OCTOBER 11 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
The consensus of the Committee was to hold the October 11
Committee of the Whole at 6 p.m.
COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETINGS - THIRD TUESDAYS
The consensus of the Committee was to not have regularly
scheduled Committee of the Whole meetings on the third Tuesdays
of the month.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:

-- To approve the purchase of t-shirts for
Make-A-Difference Day volunteers;
-- To approve the placement of information signage in the
parkway for the walkathon;
-- To approve the placement of an 8-foot sign and 25-foot
banner for the walkathon; and
-- To hold a meeting with the Make-A-Difference Day
Committee on September 27 at 7 p.m.
MULTI-FAMILY REFUSE CONTRACT
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- To approve the SWANCC tipping fee of $2 . 78 per
multi-family unit per month fixed over three years.
-- To not give churches free service;
-- To place in the Recycling Committee the decision to use
recycling dumpsters or toters for multi-family units; and
-- Have staff look at varying the hauling and recycling
fee for each multi-family development.
USA TRACK AND FIELD REQUEST
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the request
from USA Track & Field to hold a walk-a-thon at Northwest Point
on September 25.
AMBULANCE USER FEE
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at
the September 27 meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
