MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY
Representatives from the Community Service Board presented
plans for the Make A Difference Day Celebration scheduled for
October 22, 1994. The consensus of the Committee was to have some
form of appreciation for the VFW's contribution to the Fire Safety
House which will be on display at the October 22 Make A Difference
event.
NEXTEL LEASE AGREEMENT
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at the
next Committee of the Whole meeting. The Village Attorney will be
preparing the necessary documents for consideration at the October
11 Village Board meeting.
LEXINGTON HOMES - LANDSCAPE PLAN VARIATION REQUEST
The consensus of the Committee was to have Lexington comply
with the ordinance for parkway trees. Should this not be possible,
Lexington will advise the village with their reasons.
YELLOW RIBBON REQUEST FOR PARKWAY TREES
The consensus of the Committee was to grant the request from
the Boy Scouts to place yellow ribbon on parkway trees.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
