NEXTEL LEASE AGREEMENTJSPECIAL USE PERMIT
The consensus of the Committee was to approve Nextel 's
request for a special use permit and lease agreement to place a
maximum of 9 panel antennae and related equipment shed at the
Pratt Tower. This item is on the October 11 , 1994 Village Board
meeting agenda.
COMMUNICATION TOWER & ANTENNAE
The consensus of the Committee was to have the JPZ Committee
develop guidelines for future placement of communication towers
and antennae.
AMENDMENTS TO THE OPEN MEETINGS ACT
The consensus of the Committee was to defer discussion on
this item until the next Committee of the Whole meeting.

PARKING REGULATIONS
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- Send a letter to residents living on the north side
of J. F. Kennedy Boulevard from Creighton Avenue to
Brantwood Avenue asking them to voluntarily not
park their vehicles on J. F. Kennedy Boulevard in
front of their homes Monday thru Friday 7 a .m. to 9
a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (with the exception of
weekends and holidays) .
-- Amend existing "No Parking" signage on Elk Grove
Boulevard between Arlington Heights Road and Tonne
to allow for parking on weekends and holidays.
RESIDENTIAL NEWSLETTER
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the mass
mailing of the newsletter. Staff is to work with the printer to
ensure residents receive the newsletter the Friday before October
31 .
ELK GROVE EXCHANGE
The consensus of the Committee was to schedule the village
Board 's appearance on the Exchange program for November 3.
AMERITECH SPECIAL USE PERMIT PETITION
The consensus of the Committee was to place Ameritech 's
petition in the JPZ Committee for consideration in conjunction
with the tower and antennae guidelines issue.
97 KESWICK VARIATION REQUEST
Trustee Czarnik noted that the JPZ Committee unanimously
approved of the variation request for 97 Keswick.
The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
