DEDICATION PLAQUE
President Zettek reported that the language and
design for the Plaque recognizing Charles Willis has
been completed. The plaque will be ordered shortly.
SQUAD CAR REPAIR
There was no objection to a request for repairs
in the amount of $7,000 to a Village squad car being
brought up under the New Business Section of the
1/26/93 Agenda.
SCAVENGER LETTER
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the
Scavenger letter as submitted as a mass mailing.
SMOKING IN THE ATRIUM - AMEND POLICY
The consensus of the Committee was to amend the
Village 's Smoking policy by prohibiting smoking in the
upper level of the Atrium. The ashtrays are to be
removed and appropriate signage installed in the
Atrium.
SENIOR CITIZEN DIAL-A-RIDE SERVICE
The Village Manager reported that staff is
pursuing dial-a-ride service for Village Grove senior
citizens to the new Mallard Crossing Shopping Center.
BUSSE DAM
The consensus of the Committee was to have staff
write the Illinois Department of Transportation
requesting them to fill the underwater hole on the
outflow side of the dam to eliminate a drowning hazard.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Bosslet moved and Trustee Czarnik
seconded the motion to enter into Executive Session to
discuss personnel . The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting entered Executive Session at 7:15 p.m.
