Karuhn, Chicago Tribune CHANNEL SIX - TELEVISING OF VILLAGE BOARD MEETING The consensus of the Village Board was to have all Village Board meetings televised live if possible or on tape delay by Channel Six. In either case, there is to be no cost to the Village. ELK GROVE VILLAGE "EXCHANGE" The consensus of the Committee was to reschedule the Elk Grove Exchange program from September 3, 1993 to September 10, 1993 . INDUSTRIAL PARK LIASON COMMITTEE The Village President informed the Committee that he will be sending out appointee applications for the Industrial Park Liason Committee. OFF-TRACK BETTING FACILITY The consensus of the Committee was to tour the North Aurora Winners Circle facility on July 17 at 1 p.m. BOOSTER CLUB ADVERTISEMENT The consensus of the Committee was to advertise in the Booster Club' s Activity Book at a cost of $100 . BENSENVILLE SEWER RATE INCREASE - MASS MAILING The consensus of the Committee was to approve the mass mailing to Elk Grove industries that are impacted by the Bensenville sewer rate increase. PRIVATE PARTICIPATION CONCRETE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM The consensus of the committee was to not waive the $25 permit fee. SEPARATION OF MUNICIPAL AND LIBRARY TAX LEVIES The Village President informed the Committee that he plans to meet with staff and Library representatives on this issue. This item will remain under Unfinished Business . ELK GROVE BOULEVARD PAVEMENT WIDENING This item will be discussed after tonight ' s Village Board meeting. HAMILTON APARTMENTS SIGNAGE The Village Manager noted that a recommendation on permanent signage for Hamilton Apartments will be presented at the July 27 Village Board meeting. WALMART TENT SALE The Village Manager noted that Walmart withdrew their request for a tent sale. JOINT VILLAGE BOARD/BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING The Village Manager noted that the Board of Health cancelled the July 20 meeting. The joint meeting will be rescheduled for September 21 . KMART ATRIUM The Village Manager reported that Kmart wishes to construct an atrium on the Super Kmart Building. It was noted that the atrium plans would need Plan Commission and Village Board approval as an amendment to the site plan. MT. PROSPECT ALCOHOL ACCOUNTABILITY ORDINANCE Staff is reviewing the Mt. Prospect ordinance and will report to the Village Board at a later date. EXECUTIVE SESSION Trustee Czarnik moved and Trustee Johnson seconded a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss personnel and litigation. Upon Voting, all ayes .
