Clark, Deputy Fire Chief Reporters: None FLOOD VICTIMS RELIEF DRIVE The consensus of the Committee was not to donate resources to flood victims in the southern portion of the state as solicited by the Illinois Municipal League. DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION SIGNAGE The consensus of the committee was to install "Do Not Block Intersection" signage at the intersections of Home and Biesterfield, and Columbia and Biesterfield. ELK GROVE BOULEVARD - ENGINEERING INSPECTION The Director of Engineering and Community Development reported that village staff will inspect the storm sewer culverts in the Elk Grove Drainage Ditch. BOARDWALK STREET DEDICATION The consensus of the Committee was for staff to report on the cost to perform roadway improvements to Boardwalk Street in front of the shopping center. The consensus was not to accept the street serving the residential area. PARK CHARDONNAY The Village President informed the Committee that the developer of Park Chardonnay has agreed to repair all items on the punch list prepared by the Village. NORTHWEST FILIPINO BAPTIST CHURCH Trustee Johnson will be representing the Village at a special church function of Northwest Filipino Baptist Church on August 28 at 3 p.m. SPOT FUELING CODE VARIATION The consensus of the Committee was to have staff update the Board on the spot fueling code variation request . STRATEGIC REGIONAL ARTERIAL (SRA) - ROUTE 83 NORTH & CENTRAL PANEL MEETINGS The consensus of the Committee was to have Staff send a letter containing the recommendations by the Director of Engineering & Community Development in his July 16 memo to the engineering consultant for SRA plan improvements. In addition the letter will suggest designating Landmeier Road as an SRA bypass in order to relieve the traffic flow at Higgins/ Busse/Oakton intersection.
