FALL LEGISLATIVE DINNER
President Gallitano and Trustee Johnson will attend the
September 8 Legislative Dinner at 7 p.m.
INTER-GOVERNMENTAL YOUTH COUNCIL
The consensus of the Committee was to proceed with the
formation of the Inter-Governmental Youth Council as outlined in
the Village President 's August 2 memorandum.
ADMINISTRATIVE FUEL CHARGE
The consensus of the Committee was to proceed with the
recommendation to institute a gasoline surcharge to other
governmental bodies as outlined in the Assistant Village
Manager 's August 18 memorandum.
INDUSTRIAL PARK LIAISON COMMITTEE
The Village President informed the Committee that the
Industrial Park Liaison Committee will meet on September 27 at
8:00 p.m.
COMPUTER HARDWARE SYSTEM - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- award the contract for computer hardware and components
as identified as item P on the Consent Agenda for the
8/24/93 Village Board meeting;
-- award a separate contract with the selected integrator
that ensures performance measures
and warranty of the network system; and
-- research the cost of hiring a consultant to validate
the design for the network system.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
