BOARDWALK STREET DEDICATION
The consensus of the Committee was to consider accepting
ownership of Boardwalk Street if Boardwalk Condominiums brought
the roadway up to Village standards. This item will remain as
Unfinished Business.
MEADE SCHOOL SIGNAGE
The consensus of the Committee was to not enforce the signage
at Meade School.
FORMAT FOR VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES
The consensus of the Committee was to accept the new format
for the Village Board minutes.
LANDMEIER ROAD PARKWAY TREE MASS MAILING
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the mass
mailing to affected property owners on Landmeier Road.
USE OF VILLAGE FIRE HYDRANT BY MCKAY CONTRACTORS
The consensus of the Committee was to allow McKay Contractors
to use a Village fire hydrant for gasoline testing purposes.
HANDICAP PARKING SPACES
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
- to continue the current policy of allowing vehicles
properly displaying any form of handicap status
identification to park in handicap parking stalls; and
- to survey surrounding communities for enforcement
information on handicap parking stalls.
PARKED VEHICLES ON SIDEWALKS
The consensus of the Committee was to continue the current
policy on parked vehicles that extend over sidewalks.
FALL NEWSLETTER
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
- provide a partial listing of outlet stores;
- ensure that information pertaining to 9-1-1
is highlighted;
- provide information on the size of signs that
are permissible on private property; and
- add an article on the recent cable rate increase.
NORTH PARKWAY
The Village Manager informed the Committee that the Village
is pursuing an intergovernmental agreement with the Elk Grove
Township to establish the Township's maintenance responsibilities
of North Parkway.

The consensus of the Committee was to remitem I f m the
