ACM CONTRACT
Concern was expressed on both the price of the
contract and the productivity associated with various
work efforts. There is an extraordinary amount of time
committed to certain projects .
Coney responded to those concerns and noted that
over the next several years the level of service under
the contract will be decreasing as departmental projects
are completed.
Consensus is to consider the contract at the
5-28-85 VB meeting. The ACM contract is listed under
Unfinished Business on the Agenda.

Rohlwing/Biesterfield Intersection
Staff is to request IDOT to move up the
installation of stop signs at the intersection prior
to the opening of Biesterfield to Meacham under the
FAUS program. The intersection is extremely dangerous,
traffic backs up on Biesterfield, accidents have occurred
at the intersection, and the volume of traffic requires
further traffic measures .
In addition, staff is to request IDOT to signal-
ize the intersection at such time that the FAUS project
is completed with Biesterfield extended to Meacham. The
intersection needs adequate traffic control prior to the
extension of Rohlwing to Martingale.
