JUST PANTS
Members discussed the Just Pants petitions for a text
amendment and special use permit. The majority (C. Zettek,
D. Gallitano, J. Bosslet and M. Tosto ) voted to approve the
petitions with the following changes:
1 ) The addition of "as a minimum" to the third
sentence of the text amendment;
2 ) The requirement of retail as a condition for
this special use permit; and
3 ) The addition of language reiterating that
the petition must meet Village parking re-
quirements .
The majority vote was based on the belief that
the Just Pants operation would not have a deletorius
effect on the area and that by the special use conditions
the Village would be able to deny adverse petitions.
The petitioner was told that on 7-9-85 the Village
Board would direct the Village Attorney to prepare the
ordinance and that the vote ( 1st reading rule waived ) would
be taken on 7-23-85 .

BEISNER ROAD
John Glass stated his belief that Beisner Road should
be continued through to Devon Avenue when that portion of
the Village is developed. A development proposal by Drexel

Properties for that area is before the Plan Commission
for a public hearing on July 17 , 1985 . Consensus agreed
that Beisner should be extended to Devon Avenue.
