TRAMMELL CROW DEVELOPMENT IN ITASCA
Southwest Corner of Rohlwing Road & Devon Avenue
Members discussed various communication alternatives
between Elk Grove Village and Itasca relative to the proposed
Trammell Crow development in Itasca located west of Rohlwing
Road and south of Von Braun Trail. Consensus was for President
Zettek to contact President Ketter directly to repeat the residents '
request for a 125 ft. setback with the north 75 ' being heavily
landscaped and bermed, and the remaining 50 'could contain a roadway.
WINDEMERE NO RIGHT TURN SIGN
Charles Willis detailed that prior to the installation
of the No Right Turn 4-7 p.m. sign on Nerge Road east of Cutter
Lane approximately 270 vehicles would make the right turn during
the evening traffic rush hour period. The sign was installed by
the County on Friday, October 18 . The Police Department issued
39 warning citations on Monday, October 21 and 18 warning
citations on Tuesday, October 22 . Tickets will be issued to
violators beginning next week.
