Petri Thomas Rettenbacher CROW/CHASEWOOD The Village Board discussed the following items in the draft annexation agreement distributed on July 29, 1986. Page 6, Item 1 (1 ) : This section will indicate the variance for one (1 ) building only. Item 2(2) : Remove Mana er and insert Board Page 7 Item l (1 ) : Remove "whichever is lesser". Add language which notes the variance is for two (2) office buildings Parcel 3 and 4: Remove "all fast food restaurants" Page 9, Item 1 (1 ) Rewrite as follows: . . . .are equipped with a fire suppression sprinkler system which may be approved plastic pipes. . . . Page 10, Item 5 If required by code, have the recreational building and rental office constructed with a sprinkler system The parking structures may require sprinklers , so Parcel 1 should comply with the building code. Page 13, Item 13: Delineate the financial obligations for the Devon Avenue/Park Blvd signal : Itasca 25%; Cook County 50%; Crow Chasewood 25%. Page 21 Donation of Land: The Village will discuss with Crow-Chasewood a reduction in the 10% land donation. In return, the remaining acreage would be landscaped, under the direction of the Park District, and used for passive recreation. That would discourage traffic and active recreational facilities (soccer fields, ball diamonds) If Crow Chasewood is receptive to the concept, the Village will contact the Elk Grove Park District to determine whether Park District will entertain the proposal .
