CROW/CHASEWOOD
Crow Chasewood discussed the following items from the draft annexation
agreement with the Village Board.
Page 5, Item 4: Crow Chasewood (CC) agreed to the placement of
rear and sideyard easements . If in the opinion
of the Village Engineer, the easements are not
needed, Crow Chasewood will not need to show them
on the plat.
Page 6, Item 1 : Crow Chasewood agreed with Village' s change.
Item 2: Crow Chasewood agreed with the Village's change
Will add the following language: . .the subject
property if stairway designs and locations are approved
by the Village Board, which approval shall not be
unreasonably withheld. "
Page 7, Item 1 : Crow Chasewood agreed with the Village's change.
Item 2: Given the testimony by the Crow Chasewood consultants and
Trammel Crow's leasing/marketing expertise, the Village
Board agreed to one parking stall for every 285 square
feet of office space. Crow Chasewood would not be
required to "bank" land for future parking spaces.

Item 3 & 4: Strike "all fast food restaurants" .
Page 9, Item 1 (1 ) Crow Chasewood agreed with the Village's additional
language.
Page 10, Item 5: The buildings are to be sprinkled if required by code. Need
to rewrite or remove Item 5.
Item 9: The sidewalks are to be installed with the completion of
Beisner Road.
Page 12, Paragraph 2: The language, as amended by the Village, will remain
Crow Chasewood can survey other communities to determine if
any have agreed to freezing fees during the term of an
annexation agreement.
Page 13, Item 13: Crow Chasewood agreed to delineating the financial
obligations for the traffic signal .
Page 21 , Denation of Land: Crow Chasewood will review the feasibility of
the Village reducing the 10% land donation and in return
Crow Chasewood would provide passive recreation.
The Village Board directed Staff to discuss the Beisner Road extension with
Crow Chasewood to resolve our differences.
