A memorandum from Chief Engelbrecht on traffic signal
malfunctions and police activities relating to same was
distributed and briefly discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. for a Public
Hearing regarding Arlington Best Cab Co. and the regular
Village Board meeting.
