Tri-Court Baseball
The Village Manager informed members that a developer
had met earlier in the week with President Zettek and him
to discuss the possibility of establishing a Tri-Court Baseball
use in a vacant building on Busse Road (the old tennis court
building). A videotape explaining the use was shown.
To establish such a use the developer would have to
seek a text amendment or rezoning. it is the developer's
stated intent to also use the building for limited related
warehousing and distribution as well as to sell franchises.
