Separate set of minutes to be prepared.
GRADALL
Trustee Hauser raised a concern about repairing the gradall
and purchasing "rail rider equipment" especially as it may not last
very long. The Village Manager stated that the "rail rider" equipment,
for use with the industrial ditch cleaning project, would only be
acquired if the railroad company purchased it.
IDOT
The IDOT maintenance yard is requesting village water and
sewer. Further information is coming from IDOT so the issue does not
need Village Board discussion until receipt of the information.

Trustee Hauser suggested that agendas be prepared for
Committee of the Whole meetings.
Trustee Gallitano suggested that Committee of the Whole
meetings begin promptly.
TWO SQUAD CARS JWMT7NG
The Village Manager sought re-approval of the 1984 policy
which addresses when, who and under what circumstances there can be
two squad cars standing together. Approval was received.
The meeting was adjourned to Executive Session.
