BO"JIAN PETITIONS
Trustee Petri presented the Judiciary, Planning and
Zoning Committee's recommendation to grant 0-T zoning for
555 West Biesterfield Road but to deny a request for a text
amendment for a special use which would have permitted
residency by Dr. Boyajian in the same building. The
Committee' s recommendation, while acknowledging that the
Plan Commission unanimously (3 absent, 1 abstention)
recommended both the 0-T zoning and the special use, was
based on disagreement with permitting residential use in
0-T zoning.
SALE OF WELL
Members agreed to consider a forthcoming bid from another
municipality to purchase well equipment.
HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING BUSINESS - BIESTERFIELD ROAD
Trustee Hauser requested that status be determined
on the zoning request to Cook County for the Heating/Air
Conditioning business on Biesterfield Road near Beisner
Road.
MUNICIPAL BUILDING ADDITION
Members agreed that file cabinets and related equipment
in open areas of the municipal building addition should
be painted to match one another and the new interior, as
the current colors are black, beige, orange and red.
Replacement of old desks was also agreed upon by the members.
