1988 STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Trustee Tosto presented the Capital Improvement Committee' s
recommendation for the 1988 street maintenance program. It includes
$550,000 in Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) monies and $119,000 in Capital
Projects Fund monies. It was agreed to continue the industrial
carriage walk replacement program at $50-60,000 and to leave $30,000
in the MFT fund for carry-over into 1989. It was also agreed that
curb and sidewalk repair/replacement costs should be borne by the
Corporate Fund, not the MFT Fund.
At 7:30 P.M. the meeting was adjourned to Executive Session.
