ADDITIONAL REVENUES Various additional taxes and increases to existing taxes were discussed as ways to increase revenues. Following extended discussion the consensus was to create a real estate transfer tax of $5.00 per $1 ,000 of property sales price, (seniors and those selling but repurchasing property in the Village would be exempt,) and a 1% food and beverage tax. AMBULANCE SERVICES Brief discussion was held on billing for ambulance transport. Adjournment 9:27 P.M.
