SBL RECAPTURE AGREEMENT
Members decided to deny the request to extend the SBL Recapture
Agreement and also to not take advantage of the Village' s opportunity to
accept recapture funds on the property.
RECYCLING
Frank VanDinther and Ed Evenhouse of Garden City Disposal Co, and
Lee Adderman of Waste Management, Inc. made a presentation about various curb
side recycling programs. They indicated that at this point recycling efforts
cost money but reduce future costs by decreasing the use of landfills. A
Recycling Committee was organized with Bosslet, Petri and Gallitano.
The meeting was adjourned to Executive Session at 9:55 P.M.
