BEAUPRE PROPERTY/COOK COUNTY REZONING
Members reviewed the proposed resolution submitted by
the Village Attorney addressing the permitted uses on the Beaupre
property (under both the County C-4 zoning classification and
the w Village's Office/Transitional classification); future
development of the property; and any further construction on
the property for the existing operation; as well as the Village's
support of the rezoning and special use, subject to the conditions
stated in the proposed resolution.
Consensus was to adopt the resolution.
