The following members of the Community Service Board
were present: Harriet Dalaskey, Chairman
Randy Melind
Marge Mahoney
A request from the Community Service Board to waive
the residency requirement for the Community Service Coordinator
was discussed.
Members of the CSB noted that the residency requirement
may hamper the ability of the Board to obtain the most
qualified person for the position. Members of the CSB and
Village Board also discussed the role of the Coordinator
as a Department Head.
Censensus was to take the matter under advisement and
render a decision after the entire Village Board has had
an opportunity to review this issue.
