TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT ELK CROSSING
Members of the Board discussed several options for a
new traffic signal on Biesterfield Road at the opposing driveways
of Elk Crossing and the Grove Mall .
The subject will be further discussed with the Village
Engineer and the consultant to be engaged to design the signal
installation.
CLOSING HOURS FOR DRINKING ESTABLISHMENTS
Members continued their discussion from the 5-16-89
COW meeting regarding a proposal to amend the closing hours for
liquor establishments.
Consensus was to amend the closing hours as follows:
Weekdays Weekends
Class "A" License 1 a.m. 2 a.m.
Class "AA" License 2 a.m. 3 a.m.
Effective September 1 , 1989
