UPDATE OF EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNITY VIDEO TAPE
Economic Development Consultants Ian Gray and Nancy Carlson were
present to answer questions regarding their rcommendations of whom to
retain to update the video.
Gray noted that all businesses considered were able to provide key
elements needed in the update:
1 . Aerial shot of the industrial park;
2. Provide copies in several languages;
3. Use of a professional voice
It was noted that should the Village hire anyone other than the
original producers of the videotape a completely new video would have
to be produced.
Following review and discussion it was the consensus of the Board
to have the Park District prepare a completely new video at no cost
(other than extra copies and incidental costs) as offered by the Park
District, contingent on the provision that Ian Gray and Nancy Carlson
will produce and direct the taping.
