UTILIZATION OF ADDITIONAL INCOME TAX REVENUES (CAPITAL PROJECTS)
Each member reviewed a report prepared by Staff listing
additional Capital projects and discussed their individual preferences
as to how the additional revenues should be spent.
Members also noted that a decision should be made as to whether
the Village should look at a few expensive Capital projects or several
less expensive Capital projects.
The Village Manager recommended that members may wish to narrow
the list of potential Capital projects and then concentrate on
realistic cost estimates.
Consensus was to continue discussion of the Capital projects on
9-19-89.
