SKATEBOARD ORDINANCE
The focus of the discussion centered on whether
skateboarding and accessories such as ramps should
be prohibited from Village streets , as well as from
shopping centers . In addition, it was noted that
the fine for violating the ordinance should be lowered
to correspond to fines issued for bicycle violations .
Consensus of the Board was to send the ordinance
back to the Judiciary, Planning & Zoning Committee
for the examination of those items .
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Bosslet made a motion, seconded by Gallitano,
to enter into an executive session at 7 : 42 p.m.
for the purpose of discussing personnel. All present
voted 'AYE' .
