STAFF PRESENT: Charles Willis, Village Manager

George Knickerbocker, Village Attorney (7:45 p.m. )
I. Roselle Hearing: CBS/WBBM
President Zettek reported that the Roselle Village
Board voted 5-1 to amend the site plan, therefore, allowing
the antenna to be constructed.
Ii. Channel 6
The Board will discuss the Channel 6 survey on March 20
and the distribution of franchise fees.
III. Cable Committee
The Cable Committee met with Continental Cable and
the Committee's Consultant last Thursday. A copy of the
Consultant's report will be provided to Continental.
IV. Income Tax Surcharge
The Board will consider the use of the Income Tax
Surcharge receipts on March 20.
V. Salt Creek Dumping
Du Page is very concerned over the dumping of debris
on the east side of Salt Creek, north of Devon Avenue.
A report on this matter from the Village Manager was
distributed on 3-9-90.
