LIQUOR COMMISSION
President Zettek informed the Committee that the
Liquor Commission has taken action against The Where
Else Lounge which includes a $1,000 fine and a one-day
suspension on the serving of alcohol.
DUPAGE COUNTY IMPACT FEE AGREEMENT
Consensus of the Committee was to approve an
intergovernmental agreement with DuPage County stating
that the Village would not issue building permits until
all applicable DuPage County Road impact fees are paid
to the County.
ZONING PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Trustee Gallitano brought the Committee up-to-date
on the public hearing held for the proposed Zoning
Performance Standards. The consensus of the Committee
was for the Judiciary, Planning and Zoning Committee to
investigate the possibility of grandfathering existing
companies from the proposed standards.
SALT CREEK DEBRIS REMOVAL
Consensus of the Committee was for Village Staff to
pursue the clean-up of debris in Salt Creek by
contacting the property owner and County, and for Staff
to report their findings to the Village Board.
