AMOCO TANK FARM ANNEXATICN
Consensus of the Committee was for the Fire Department
to prepare a report detailing any capital equipment costs
that may be associated with providing fire and ambulance
services to the tank farm, and submit a report on it. In
addition, Staff is to advise Amoco that the Village will
be willing to discuss annexation following receipt of the
Fire Department report.
SALT CREEK DEBRIS
The Village Manager reported that all of the debris
has been removed except for a large tree trunk, and that
"No Dumping" signs have not been posted.
BIRSTNRFIRLD/I-290 SIDEWALK
The Village Manager reported that plans for the sidewalk
are being prepared. If sufficient right-of-way exists then
no additional right-of-way will have to be acquired from
the Cook County Forest Preserve District.
GOLDEN CORRIDOR MEMBERSHIP
The consensus of the Committee was not to become a
member of the Golden Corridor Council.

ILLINOIS EXPOSITION CENTER
The Committee discussed the merits of funding the
Illinois Exposition and Convention Center.
