ALCOHOL SERVERS TRAINING PROGRAM
The Village President noted that the VFW has inguired
into whether volunteer bartenders must undergo the alcohol
servers training program. The consensus of the Committee
was that volunteer bartenders do not have to undergo the
alcohol servers training program.
CHRISTMAS EVE -VILLAGE HALL HOURS
The consensus of the Committee was to close the
Village Hall at Noon on December 24 , 1990.
COMMUNITY RESIDENCE LOCATION PLANNING ACT
Trustee Gallitano reported that the JPZ Committee
made several minor changes to the ordinance which was
recommended by the Plan Commission.
CIGARETTE VENDING MACHINE ORDINANCE
Trustee Gallitano reported that the JPZ Committee has
recommended excluding hotels and motels as well as any
bars or restaurants located in the hotels/motels from the
proposed ordinance.
FY 1991-92 PROPOSED BUDGET
Trustee Gallitano requested that Staff be directed to
prepare a proposed Budget with a zero percent increase
over the present Budget. Wages and salaries would be
excluded from that budget scenario. The consensus of the
Committee was not to require Staff to prepare a proposed
Budget with a zero percent increase.
