The Mayor reported that the Village's commitment to Terrence Brunner to explore
background for O'Hare litigation will lapse on January 1, 2003.
The Village of Bensenville has offered to fully fund Mr. Brunner's activities for 3
additional months. If the Board feels his findings are useful, the Board can consider
compensating the Village of Bensenville for its costs in funding Mr. Brunner's$25,000
per month fee.
The consensus of the Board was to invite Mr. Brunner to report his findings sometime in
January, 2003.
The meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
