PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 17, 2002 this Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: June, 2003 Date of approval for release: p£,5 y0-0 q 12/17/02 7:40 p.m. Liti ation The Mayor reported that the Village's commitment to Terrence Brunner to explore background for O'Hare litigation will lapse on January 1, 2003. The Village of Bensenville has offered to fully fund Mr. Brunner's activities for 3 additional months. If the Board feels his findings are useful,the Board can consider compensating the Village of Bensenville for its costs in funding Mr. Brunner's$25,000 per month fee. The consensus of the Board was to invite Mr. Brunner to report his findings sometime in January, 2003. The meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
