PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 17. 2002 this Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: June. 2003 Date of approval for release: Tamps AA YO- 9 12/17/02 6:57 p.m. Land Acquisition The Mayor updated the Board on the Rohlwing Grove redevelopment. Comb has experienced some difficulties in obtaining financing for hotel construction on the west half of the redevelopment site. The Mayor stated that TIF funds will be offered to finance the hotel project,but not for other redevelopment activities. Comb plans to close on the purchase of the west half from the Village by February 28, 2003. If that deadline is not met, then Corrib is required to pay$100,000 to the Village, and the Village will re-evaluate the project at that point. The Mayor reported that permits can be issued for redevelopment work on the east side of the site, and that Comb intends to begin construction work next week. Meeting ended 7:05 p.m.
