Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 19,2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Village Attorney reported his discussions regarding the denial of a
liquor license application. The applicant is seeking a retraction of the denial
to maintain a clear record. The Village Attorney noted that the application
payment was never deposited, the applicant stopped payment on the check,
and will likely argue that because of this, the application was never
completed. However, the Village's denial is dated prior to the stop payment
order.
The Village Attorney stated this matter will be argued before the State
Liquor Commission on November 20.
