Litigation
The Mayor reported that the Illinois Supreme Court recently ruled that
Chicago is permitted to continue construction of the World Gateway
Program. The Court also ruled that the City of Chicago must follow State
permitting requirements for any expansion at O'Hare Airport.
The meeting adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
