The Mayor sought an update on the Village's actions regarding the recent
leak of oil from an underground tank on residential property. The Village
Attorney reported that no invoice for cleanup work had been issued to date,
and no enforcement action could occur before that happened. The Mayor
directed the Village Attorney to contact the homeowners.
The meeting adjourned at 6:18 p.m.
