PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 17, 2002 this Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter. Litigation The Mayor reported that SOC will likely hire Rotunda in the near future to represent their lawsuit to the Supreme Court. The Mayor stated that sources in Washington, D.C. believe the Aviation Expansion bill is currently dead in the Senate due to time constraints and weakening support. SOC will now begin focusing on the gubernatorial race since the election will likely precede further federal action on the O'Hare expansion issue. The meeting adjourned at 8:09 p.m.
