scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 17, 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Mayor noted that the Village received correspondence confirming the financial
backing of Corrib Construction for the Devon Commons redevelopment. A Finding of
Fact from the Plan Commission will be issued in the near future, and the issue is expected
to be brought up for consideration at the October 8 Village Board meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
