Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 17. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager reported that the Village hired Ross Rowe as the Cable Production
Coordinator at a salary of$50,000. Mr. Rowe will begin working with the Village in
October and will meet with the Village Board in November. The Village Manager noted
Mr. Rowe's excellent qualifications for the position and years of experience.
