scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 10. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

South Suburban Airport
Mayor Johnson reported that $650,000 will be the total amount needed for the
development of the South Suburban Airport authority. HOCTTF has dropped out as the
construction contractor. Alcor remains as the General. Other construction companies are
being interviewed.
