Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on Aueust 20. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
Casino
A developer has considered placing a casino on property in the Village. Property may
need to be acquired by the Village.
The Village signed an agreement with Calumet City requiring the Village to share any
casino revenue. The agreement is being evaluated by the Village Attorney.
