Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 20. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
Enforcement Litigation
The Village Attorney reported that the burned-out home at 398 Clearmont was foreclosed
by the mortgage company and sold at auction. The closing is scheduled for this Friday.
The Village Attorney will contact the new owner to advise that the home is in violation of
housing maintenance standards, and the Village will take immediate enforcement actions
unless the owner has plans for immediate abatement of the violations.
