Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 23, 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acqusition
The Mayor informed the Board that he may have an opportunity to talk to a casino
developer looking for a site in the northwest suburbs. Vacant land at Northwest Point
Office Park has adequate space and convenient access to the tollway.
The consensus of the Board was to have the Mayor obtain more information on the
potential development and to report back to the Board.
